It’s hurricane season for us here in Hawaii and elsewhere ( you know who you are). Nothing left to do but batten down the hatches, update your survival kit and wait out the storm with your favorite movies. As I write this, hurricane Eric, is at the door and Flossie, is right behind him. So let the sagas begin, in no particular order.

 

1. Harry Potter -  Warner Brothers 2001 - We are talking at least two hurricanes worth of footage.

   2.  Lord of the Rings - New Line Cinema 2001 - Throw in the Hobbit and          you will never even know the weather is bad outside.

   3.  Men in Black - Columbia Pictures 1997 - Let’s just hope you have                 internet to rent the newest film.

   4.  The Hunger Games - Lions Gate Entertainment 2009 - Love these                movies and the books.

   5.  The Matrix - Warner Brothers 1999 - I just finished the first two                 during the last storm.

   6.  Indiana Jones - Paramount Pictures 1981 - Timeless classics.

​

   7.  Star Wars - Warner Brothers 1977- The storm will have come and gone          before you can finish this extensive saga.
